Another episode where Lupin and Jigen teams up. At this point, I think the Lupin and Jigen team is already pretty sure. To sum the episode up, Lupin and Jigen find themselves looking after a girl who was used as a living piece of art, whilst evading Fujiko, who desperately wants to kill her for personal reasons. Seriously, when I though everything is heading towards predictability in this anime, suddenly things shake up.
This anime knows how to keep things interesting! The anime suddenly switches places, making Lupin the main guy for once and Fujiko the villain. Also, this is the first time we see Fujiko in an entirely different state of mind, which is very different from her usual sensual, fun loving demeanor.
As a whole, this episode begins the final stretch of the show as it totally focuses on Fujiko’s past and how it still haunts her. This episode is executed with style.
