More Mikasa in action is always good.
This was a good episode. Eren vs. Annie was pretty awesome and Annie’s backstory flashes was nicely animated. I like the part where Titan-Eren was going batshit crazy and the sight of a tearing Annie brought him back to his senses. That scene was gold. Despite what the manga purists would say, I really liked that reveal at the end. It gave me hope that there will be a season 2.
That does it for season 1! Hopefully there will be a season 2.
